I am a Doctor... I would like to reach out to all of u out there who felt that we deserve to uplift ourselves from this 'decline' in sociocultural status despite being selfless in contributing to the society as a whole.....thank you everyone!!hello friends

is it doctors against doctors?

administrators against doctors?

politicians against doctors?

i guess u would agree significant resistant we have for our rights is from our own seniors who think that cos they have undergone inhumane treatment due to lack of facilitie sever wondered why the ESMA or similar provision of the law is not invoked

when truck unions go on strike and paralyse the country...even basic commodity prices touch the roof...

when the bankers cause hundreds of crores worth of economic loss to the country with their strike and still manage to have their demands considered…

Doctors are the most important part of the society,they work for the cause of others health.But its time for doctors to get together and work for their own cause now coz rest of the world take us for granted...

Doctors are probably the most hardworking among the professionals, but people and governments still think they don't deserve the best

Doctors probably go through the most gruelling of all training programs across professions. Yet, it is deplorable and sad that they are vilified as greedy, unscrupulous people, out to make a fast buck at the expense of someone else's misery. The protection of a value as precious as human life should deserve more respect, and a person who uses his expertise and years of dedicated training to provide such a protection needs to be positively acknowledged instead of expecting him to slave unquestioningly at the whim of some politician.

It doesn't mean that they are god,but in reality they are human beings. so, they deserve to treat in that same manner with due respect and dignity.They also have rights,like.

We should start this campaign on Social networking Sites. No Doctor can be made to work for more than 50 hours a week !

Industrial Workers, pilots, drivers, manual labourers all have limited working hours. Even nurses and ward boys and other paramedical staff.

No Doctor shall work for more than 50 hours per week !

Support and Spread this Cause. Make our voice heard.

And for Gods sake, Dont give me crap like .. " we are doctors.. we are supposed to work 24 hours !"

i hope our message will continue to spread and will be taken up by our members in their !!!!!!
